We are an independent General Sales and Service Agent with headquarters at Schiphol Airport, located near the Dutch shippers and handlers. AMS provides (all the) total cargo management for airlines, including:
- Cargo sales
- Customer service
- Marketing / statistics
- Cargo reservations
- Capacity control
- AWB stock control
- Accounting
- Track and trace
- Flight- (and) truck- and handling supervision
- Ad hoc charters
We offer total neutrality
AMS operates as a GSSA only and is not involved in any freight forwarding activity, therefore offers total neutrality and works with all cargo agents as their service partner. As GSSA we feed our client airlines with regular market information and conduct route studies detailing traffic statistics and market rates of competitors. We consider ourselves part of the “airline family”.
